     According to Circular 07/2019 / TT-BLĐTBXH dated 7/3/2019 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs stipulates: Students graduating from lower secondary school but have the desire to transfer to college level must learn and pass satisfactory high school cultural subjects according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and have an intermediate degree diploma.
